Karen Carlin Fogarty received her art education through the Fleisher Art Memorial,the Art Museum School League, Moore College of Art and the Pennsylvania Academy of Fine Art.

She is a prize winning, signature member of the Philadelphia Water Color Society and a member of the Fellowship of the Pennsylvania Academy.

She has continued to pursue her career by designing, developing and promoting her own artwork. Most notably included among her creations is the use of the "illustrative/collage"concept. This unique style has become very popular, earning Ms. Fogarty a considerable reputation as an artist.

She presently resides in Delaware County, Pennsylvania with her husband and daughter. Her work can be seen in galleries and shops throughout the United States.
